We’re pleased to offer student only buses to and from University of Alabama for Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break.

Buses will depart UA Friday, March 14th and will return on Sunday, March 22nd.

IMPORTANT CAMPUS PICKUP & DROP OFF INFORMATION:

  • Buses departing UA will first pick up Presidential Village, followed by a second pickup at Tutwiler Parking Deck 15 minutes later. Departure times shown on schedules and emails are for Presidential Village.
  • When making your booking, you do not need to specify which on-campus pickup location you will use. As long as you are booked, your spot is confirmed and will not be given away.
  • Students should arrive at their chosen departure location 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time for check-in and loading, as buses are scheduled to leave promptly.
  • Buses returning to UA will first drop off Tutwiler Parking Deck, followed by a second drop off at Presidential Village.

Cancellations must be made 21 or more days prior to (each) departure date to receive a refund less a $10 processing fee.  If you are canceling part of a round-trip ride, your ticket price will be adjusted to a one-way fare. The refund back to you will be the difference, less our $10 processing fee. Because we book our inventory of buses 3 weeks in advance, cancellations made 20 days or less prior to departure are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used for credit to travel on future rides.
