IMPORTANT CAMPUS PICKUP INFORMATION: Buses departing UA will first pick up Presidential Village, followed by a second pickup at Tutwiler Parking Deck 20 minutes later. Departure times shown on schedules and emails are for Presidential Village.

Cancellations must be made 21 or more days prior to (each) departure date to receive a refund less a $10 processing fee. If you are canceling part of a round-trip ride, your ticket price will be adjusted to a one-way fare. The refund back to you will be the difference, less our $10 processing fee. Because we book our inventory of buses 3 weeks in advance, cancellations made 20 days or less prior to departure are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used for credit to travel on future rides.
